For Rose/Red Hood to move it can be a bit confusing. You have to click in the public (footprints mouse), under the area where you want her to go.
Most interactable objects can only be interacted with once Rose/Red Hood is close enough. To use an item for a special interaction (for instance to give the honey to grandma), you have to drag and drop it to the interactable area.
Some bugs : You can pick up the honey spoon without using the ladder, if you are just below it. You can also pick the honey without putting the bees to sleep if you are close enough. It is a helpful bug, as under certain circumstances the bees don't properly go to sleep when using the tranquilizer.
